I haven't been out with my camera lately, so these are all around the house.

Tree Rat (for Jeff)

Seeing this as I was relaxing made me leap up and grab my camera, this is with my DA35

Then I raced in to grab one of FP's Limited lenses (FA43) to try and capture the colour better.

Parallel at 22 degrees

And I caught a lone photographer as the sun was setting

Silhouetted

And ended the night with a jet trail. I really have to borrow (steal) this lens more often..

I forgot to add on my three B&W film images that those are shot with Ilford SFX 200ISO film and a dark red filter. This film is somewhat IR sensitive although not a true IR film. Anyway, I was going for dark and puffy clouds. I think I got that. BTW I love the tree image too. It wasn't what I was going for but...as I turned around and went back to the car...there it was. Always amazes me how that happens.

SH - love the ND filter images, I think you are going to give Jimbo a run for the money on these. Number 1 is particularly good IMHO.

TP - nice sun dog images but I love the last one you posted of the sunset. Yummy colors. That's a Pentax sunset for sure.

Very nice. Good job balancing foreground and sky.

Nice work with the ND filters guys!
I've been lusting after one of them for a while now. Guess I should pull the trigger and buy the damn thing.:p

Thanks for the 'Tree Rat' Tiffany! We just have the plain-old black varmints here, not those fancy brown ones! I wanted to be the first to identify the 'Sun Dog' but BCB beat me to the punch. I have seen several this past winter but always in the morning, never at sunset. Nice shootin'! And I like the back lit silhouette of FP. Definitely his best side.

Where is "Morning Shops' Jimbo? The colourful buildings remind me of the shops on Water Street in St. John's Newfoundland.

You should, everyone is doing it! =D 3 cheers for peer pressure.
All 3 of my main lenses use 49mm filters, so it was an easy sell.

Well, I'm not getting a 10ND filter!

Here is a fun shot I got at a plant sale at a former commune yesterday.

One from today. So many to process. This is the second time I have shot here and it won't be the last. Very difficult working out the exposure with the water. Cheers JIM
